That is what this choddy wants you to take away from the ad. The factory is in America. All the workers love working there and each other. Hooray. Obviously, it's great to have a workplace where people take pride in their jobs and enjoy their coworkers, but I had such high hopes after Weathertech arrived on the Superbowl commercials scene in 2014 with "You can't do that", that I'm just disappointed by their ads every year since.
