The model gets annoyed, but then the VO takes her through what certain speeds and crashes end up being like if you don't use a seatbelt. By the time her son arrives, the VO speaks about child seats and at this point, the woman is convinced she'll always wear a seat belt and she'll buy a child seat for her baby.
My favorite part is the kid clearly pointing at the boom, which is used as a chance to give him a VO saying "don't forget your seatbelt" in a child-like voice.
